As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding our corporate sales efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in new client acquisition, corporate sales, B2B sales, and channel sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Must have a laptop and access to transportation (bike/car) for client meetings and travel as needed.
- Previous experience in Corporate Sale or Channel Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in Sales or Business Development.
