Business Development Executive in Surat

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach the clients and understand their product needs via calls and mails
  • Mail the inventory list as per customization by coordinating with team head or HOD
  • Negotiate prices and share quotations
  • Close the deal
  • Provide after-sale service including KYC and consignment follow-up
  • Follow up on payments and handle recovery if any
  • Coordinate meetings for department heads
  • Process company invoices and provide answers to customer questions via phone and email within the appropriate time
  • Manage internal operational standards and productivity targets

Requirements

  • Possess good command of the English language
  • Demonstrate comfort with working night shifts
  • Show strong communication skills, presentation skills, and sales tactics
  • Exhibit strong sales capabilities
