Key Responsibilities
- Approach the clients and understand their product needs via calls and mails
- Mail the inventory list as per customization by coordinating with team head or HOD
- Negotiate prices and share quotations
- Close the deal
- Provide after-sale service including KYC and consignment follow-up
- Follow up on payments and handle recovery if any
- Coordinate meetings for department heads
- Process company invoices and provide answers to customer questions via phone and email within the appropriate time
- Manage internal operational standards and productivity targets
- Possess good command of the English language
- Demonstrate comfort with working night shifts
- Show strong communication skills, presentation skills, and sales tactics
- Exhibit strong sales capabilities
