  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in MS-Excel
  • Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
  • Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales pitches
  • Provide feedback to the management team to improve overall sales strategies
