Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their goals and guide them toward suitable programs.
- Build strong rapport and trust with clients through deep listening and personalized advising.
- Identify potential leads and follow up with strategic engagement to drive enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead journey.
- Stay updated with trends in education, career development, and the custom software industry.
