Job Location : Chennai
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients to promote logistics services and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collect outstanding payments from clients in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with clients to arrange vehicle availability and manage load booking requirements.
Understand customer needs and provide the best logistics solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payment updates.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, collections, and load arrangements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week off : Sunday
Key Skills Required: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
