Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with Up to 3 years of experience to join our team in Piplod, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT/software domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and field visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored software/service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain sales pipeline and regular follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Attend networking events, conferences, or client meetings as needed.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT/software services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of software services, CRMs, ERP, or web/mobile development is a plus.
