Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Junior to Mid-Level Business Development Executives to join our growing team in the customisation wing of our IT services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our custom software development services, including web, mobile apps, SaaS, ERP, CRM, and workflow automation solutions.

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Junior to Mid-Level Business Development Executives to join our growing team in the customisation wing of our IT services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our custom software development services, including web, mobile apps, SaaS, ERP, CRM, and workflow automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for customised IT services through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and/or freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Research and identify potential clients across industries (startups, SMEs, enterprises).
- Understand client pain points and propose suitable custom software solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and solution decks.
- Qualify leads and maintain regular communication to move them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule and conduct intro calls, requirement-gathering discussions, and product/service demos.
- Keep CRM and tracking tools up to date with all lead and client interactions.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in custom software/services.
- For one role: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools.
- For the other role: Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr.
- Understanding of IT services such as web & mobile development, custom applications, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales and client success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.
