Job Title: Business Development Manager / Executive – IT Services
Location: Noida, Sec-62

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and securing new IT projects across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, B2B portals (e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, Freelancer), and industry networking.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch IT services and solutions to potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare business proposals, project quotations, and service presentations tailored to client needs.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to develop strategies for business growth.
- Sales Target: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development for IT services/projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, cloud, SaaS, software solutions, etc.).
- Ability to develop client relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and presentation tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in IT business development or related roles.
