Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to join our team at Career mantra's Gwalior office. This full-time position requires a proactive individual passionate about driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and promoting our educational advisory services. The successful candidate will be involved in developing strategies to enhance our market reach and establishing strong ties with potential students and partner institutions.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Proficient in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are effectively met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey information clearly and engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Admission Counselling (Mandatory skill): Expertise in guiding students through the admission process, offering tailored advice and insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Negotiation: Skilled negotiator capable of successfully managing discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients aligned with our business goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Competent in developing strategic plans that enhance business growth and align with career mantras mission and objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Proven track record of identifying and cultivating potential leads to expand our network and drive revenue growth.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and insights to various stakeholders within and outside the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector to expand our network and client base.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and educational partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends and inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute strategies that align with company goals and enhance market presence.
  • Engage prospective students through effective admission counselling, helping them navigate course and college selection.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to showcase our offerings and value propositions.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to secure new business deals and partnerships, utilizing strong negotiation skills.
  • Contribute to organizing and participating in promotional events and seminars to boost visibility and engagement with potential clients and partners.
