KeyResponsibilities

- Contribute towards revenue generation by selling, upselling, and cross-selling the company's educational courses through personal counselling, telephone calls, emails, and other means of communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients post-sale.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
