Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.

Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Sales Presentations

Conduct compelling product/service presentations to potential clients.

Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Input and manage customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

Lead And Pipeline Management

Use the CRM system to track and manage leads through the sales funnel.

Monitor and update the status of leads and opportunities regularly.

Maintain a record of all communication with clients and prospects within the CRM.

Schedule and manage tasks, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM calendars.

Set reminders for important sales activities to stay organized and on top of deadlines.

Proposal Development

Assist in the development of proposals and quotations by providing technical expertise and ensuring that the proposed solutions align with customer needs.

Sales Negotiation

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Work to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.

Achieving Sales Targets

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.

Market Research

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, pricing, and competitors.

Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market developments.

Documentation And Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and achievements.

Generate and analyze reports from the CRM system to evaluate sales performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Familiarity with the products/services being sold is an advantage.

Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
