Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Maintain smooth, end-to-end city operations
• Handle partner escalations and ensure top-tier service quality
• Retain existing and onboard new partners to help scale operations
• Drive metrics across Service Delivery, Revisit, Earnings, and Utilization
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CX, Finance, etc.) to solve city-specific issues
• Conduct performance reviews, trainings, and solve for partner quality
