Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute as part of the team, driving Mindler’s SAAS product for partners and career coaches
  • Onboard and manage partners and career coaches
  • Conceptualize and execute client onboarding initiatives
  • Conduct data research and perform cold calling
  • Deliver online product demos and draft proposals and MOUs
  • Record customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in CRM and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain high motivation and drive to achieve targets with a proven record of meeting quotas
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
