Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with a passion for sales and client relationship management. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop essential skills in negotiation, lead generation, and strategic planning, while contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill), enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proficient in sales techniques, with a keen ability to meet and exceed targets set by the organization.
  • Skilled in negotiation, capable of reaching mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Experience or knowledge in lead generation, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing potential client relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Capacity for strategic planning, assisting in the formulation of business growth strategies and objectives.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a commitment to continuous professional development within the HR services industry.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Foster and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing and potential clients.
