About The Role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll be responsible for advising our Expansions team in Argentina on compliance requirements, related controls, and existing infrastructure.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll be responsible for advising our Expansions team in Argentina on compliance requirements, related controls, and existing infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Argentina’s regulatory scoping by mapping applicable regulations and developing the necessary controls
- Monitoring and managing compliance risks as operations scale locally
- Promoting a proactive local culture of compliance
- Providing guidance on compliance requirements, conduct risks, and control improvements
- Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local frameworks with global standards
- Proactively identifying regulatory issues and implementing effective corrective actions
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
- A solid track record of achievement across diverse areas
- Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
- An excellent understanding of how compliance and business risks interact
- To be highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- A STEM or other quantitative degree from a top-tier university
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and G Suite
