Team : New Service Offerings (NSO) stream within Swiggy Food BU.

Responsibilities

• Become the Voice of the Customer: Continuously monitor data & customer journeys, seek new insights (including monthly outstation market visits) to find out exactly what travelers love, hate, compare and need regarding their meal choices and delivery experience. E.g. missing cuisines, better packaging, order tracking etc.
• Design the Perfect Meal Journey: Work with creative, merchandising & operations teams to significantly improve how customers discover, engage and purchase their meal.
• Be the Bridge between Strategy & Execution: Liaison with internal and external stakeholders across teams to develop features & implement policies that drive growth & deliver a better meal experience .
• Metric Reporting & Governance: Define, develop, and manage essential dashboards and scorecards with MIS/Analytics to ensure continuous monitoring and reporting of business performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of work experience, preferable in the food commerce business
• Communication: Highly effective written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
• Tools: Proficient in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Drive: Strong bias for action; ability to move fast and overcome obstacles.
