Job Summary

This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a day shift environment. No travel is required.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust architectural solutions using ebao OFSAA and Business Scorecard to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the integration of various systems and ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and implementations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural solutions.
- Lead the development of business analysis and planning models to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of architectural solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve architectural practices.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
- Possess a strong technical background with expertise in ebao OFSAA and Business Scorecard.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address complex business challenges.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering architectural solutions in a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in business analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Hold a relevant certification such as TOGAF or equivalent to validate architectural expertise.
