Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Manager with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The position requires working night shifts to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery.

  • Must be proficient in using customer service software and tools.

Certifications Required

Customer Service Excellence Certification or equivalent is preferred.
