Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior business analysts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help in the preparation of business cases, presentations, and other documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and document business needs and technical requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on product functionality.
• Assist in preparing data models and business process flow diagrams.
• Support data analysis and reporting, ensuring accurate insights are delivered.
• Conduct market research to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Contribute to project management tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business analysis, data, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and tools is a plus (e.g., BPMN, UML, etc.).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
