Business Analyst (Product)

Job Description

We are hiring Business Analysts with 2-3 years of experience to join our Presales Analysis Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client requirements and project execution by performing requirement analysis, creating functional documentation, wireframes, and assisting with proposals across Web, Mobile, and Game-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand business processes, goals, and digital requirements.
• Translate inputs into clear BRDs, SOWs, User Stories, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams during requirement gathering and proposal planning.
• Conduct joint discussions with design, development, and QA teams to align expectations.
• Create wireframes and maintain process flows, diagrams, and specification charts.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate technical feasibility with tech leads and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Stay updated on mobile, web, and gaming technologies to recommend relevant solutions.
• Promote Agile practices and ensure clarity in documentation and communication.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or digital services environment.
• Proven experience in drafting BRD, FRD, SOW, and User Stories.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes using tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong command over creating process models, user flows, and functional diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Miro.
• Exposure to Web, Mobile, or Game Development domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
• Understanding of the Agile methodology, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  
  

Preferred (Good To Have)

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Prior experience in presales, proposal writing, and client communication.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with design and development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
