In this ro le, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas of Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Experience in sales or customer support over Email & chat
• Strong communication skills – Should have command over English language
• Should be well verse with MS Office tools – Specially MS Excel
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Flexible to stretch as per business need
• Should be ready to work from office
• Should have experience of working in MNCs & Global clients
• Respond to customer query through email , calls
• Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
• Responsible to showcase s trong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
• Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working)
• Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes
