We are hiring Business Analyst to work across UK and US client projects.

Role Description

Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Strong knowledge in Dynamics 365

Experience in researching, requirements capturing, documenting and optimizing the applications.

Documentation Skill

Key role in deriving Functional change form proposed business changes and preparing Functional Specification document (FSD).

Responsible for developing documents like, BRD

Good Testing skills

• Solid understanding of Microsoft technology and its application in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Portal
• Ability to interact with and lead international teams.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
