Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.

- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, including use cases, workflows, and wireframes.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRDs).
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend actionable improvements.
- Assist in developing strategies for optimizing business operations.
- Work with QA teams to validate deliverables against requirements.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the final solution meets business expectations.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor project deliverables and timelines to ensure successful completion.
