The Role
As an Business Analyst with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc….
- As-Is Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within current workflows.
- To-Be Process Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design future-state digital processes that align with project objectives and organizational goals.
- Clearly document and communicate proposed changes to ensure a shared understanding among project teams
- Business Case Development: Develop comprehensive business cases to justify project investments, outlining anticipated benefits, risks, and potential returns on investment (ROI)
- Data Availability and Quality Assessment: Assess the availability and quality of data required for AI/ML and Generative AI projects. Collaborate with data science teams to address any data-related challenges.
- Effort Estimation: Collaborate with technical teams to estimate the effort and resources required for building AI applications.
- Solution Delivery Support: Work closely with cross-functional delivery teams & collaborate with global partners and customers for Proof of Concepts, Minimum Viable product and end-to-end solution development.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor project outcomes and gather feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- MBA degree is a must have.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner will be good along with exposure on Business Analysis, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, etc.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Technical Areas: Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, Prioritizing Strategy, Project Management, Product Management, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Figma,Balsamiq,User Experience Architecture.
- Domain (nice to have): Core Engineering background and understanding
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision and Attention to details. Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development.
- Good conceptual understanding of other emerging technologies (Blockchain, Mixed Reality, etc.) and ability to apply them in business contexts.
