Business Analyst - Finance

You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, and translating the findings into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements: You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements for new projects, enhancements, or changes to existing systems.
• Analyze data: You will analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can provide value to the business. This may involve using tools such as SQL, R, or Python.
• Develop technical solutions: You will work with IT teams to develop and implement technical solutions that address the business requirements. This may involve creating data models, business process workflows, or functional specifications.
• Communicate findings: You will present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, in a clear and concise manner. This may involve creating visualizations and reports to effectively communicate complex information.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, R, Python, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
