Business Analyst

The Role:

As a Business analyst, you’ll be at the heart of Aerchain’s delivery engine i.e. translating business needs into functional solutions, delivering & validating product solutions, and ensuring our customers succeed in every deployment.

This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates who are curious about enterprise SaaS, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and love solving real-world business problems through technology and process.

Responsibilities

• Requirement discovery & documentation - Capture, document, and validate business requirements and process flows in collaboration with solution consultants.
• Project coordination & governance - Maintain trackers, risk logs, and dashboards to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder visibility.
• Process mapping & SOPs - Analyze “as-is” vs “to-be” workflows and help standardize best practices across projects.
• Testing & quality Validation - Support internal UAT cycles, track defects, and validate configurations align with business objectives.
• Training & change enablement - Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and adoption reports for client enablement.
• Delivery excellence - Contribute to delivery playbook updates, compliance reviews, and performance analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
• Curiosity to learn SaaS platforms, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal (in English) communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic comfort with tools for project management
• Bonus: Familiarity with procurement processes, Agile/Scrum, or BI dashboards
