Our BI & Analytics team transforms data into actionable insights that drive key decisions. We’re the analytical powerhouse behind CoinDCX, optimizing performance and strategy through data-driven insights. You need to be a HODLer of these

• 1+ years’ experience as an Analyst, Trader, or working with a trading company, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience in at least one scripting language (Python or R)
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and experiment designs
• Must have hands-on experience with product analytics and BI tools like MixPanel Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau
  
  

You will be mining through these tasks

• Build insights that help influence core trading platform metrics and KRs such as liquidity (spreads and depth), order rejection, and exposure.
• Exchange Benchmarking: Analyze competitor exchanges on liquidity (spread, depth, slippage) to assess competitive edge.
• Incident deep-dives: Lead root-cause analyses on trading incidents (timeouts, spikes in rejects/slippage), quantify business/user impact
• Risk & exposure analytics: Partner with Risk/Treasury to monitor exposure between third-party exchanges, inventory imbalances, and define proactive alerts .
• Health monitoring & alerting: Own near-real-time dashboards for liquidity, order rejection, and exposure; calibrate alerts to minimize noise and accelerate on-call response.
