Your role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the Change programs across Asset Management
• Conduct thorough analysis of current as -is data flows, processes and systems to identify & assess scope & size of change
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Work closely with data engineers and architects to design and implement data models and solutions that support the new platforms
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, and anomalies in data, providing insights to inform decision-making
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, data dictionaries, and user guides
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide assistance to end users during the transition to the new platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the modern platform
  
  

Your team
The CDO team is responsible for progressing AM’s data strategy, including architecture and data-related services, to enable the overall Asset Management business strategy. The global team collaborates with subject matter experts from various areas of the firm, partnering with technology teams to drive transformational change.

Your expertise

• Proven experience as senior business analyst or senior data analyst in the financial services industry preferably Asset Management
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in data modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
