Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, compiling and documenting business requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. They will work closely with stakeholders to communicate insights and strategies effectively. The role includes facilitating meetings, conducting research, and offering solutions to enhance business performance.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Strong Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in understanding and documenting Business Processes and Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Proven experience in project management is a plus
