Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business requirements, and communicating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting analysis of business systems and processes, and recommending improvements to optimize business performance.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills for evaluating data and making informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of various business processes
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively conveying information to stakeholders
  • Experience in identifying and documenting Business Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with business analysis tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
