Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, functional consultants, SMEs, developers, and quality engineers to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other BA artifacts for backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Conduct agile scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement by collaborating with the team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across QA, Dev, and Product to ensure requirement traceability and alignment.
- Support UAT planning and execution by preparing test scenarios and validating solution readiness.
- Track open issues, risks, and dependencies and proactively communicate status to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documents, and release notes to support delivery and client enablement.
- Bring domain expertise in clinical quality, healthcare reporting, or payer/provider workflows (preferred but not mandatory)
- Support in pre-sales and business development engagements.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to take up any roles to keep the team momentum upwards.
- Ownership mentality and willingness to learn and apply the learnings.
- Proactiveness and out-of-the-box thinking; we are not looking for order takers.
