Job Description
We are on a journey to build a set of next gen data analytics dashboards that would enable effective decision-making for our Talent advisors and Talent Advisory Management. You will help create a data-led culture that will put effective decision-making at the forefront and transform the way our Talent acquisition organization operates. We are fusing amazing visualization and UX with innovative technologies leveraging Visualization tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
You will be working with multiple teams across Oracle Talent Acquisition organization, supporting end-to-end data analytics and reporting needs, understanding the business and providing valuable insights to drive the business and strategies.
Responsibilities
Creating and implementing program plans and schedules
Managing dashboards and resource allocation
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges
Communicating and collaborating with program stakeholders
Assessing a program’s pros and cons
Conduct thorough manual testing of the Reporting and Analytics Dashboard to ensure accurate reporting and data analysis functionality.
Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for the dashboard.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on the identified requirements.
Identify, investigate, and report data mismatches and anomalies in the dashboard's reporting and analytics capabilities.
Document and communicate test results, defects, and test coverage to the development team using appropriate bug tracking and test management tools.
Participate in agile/scrum meetings, providing input on testing efforts, status updates, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, new testing methodologies, and emerging trends in reporting and analytics tools.
