Job Summary
Ability to connect with stakeholders. Understand and drive the business strategies objective and key success factors.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity & adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop structured solutions while taking constraints into account
In depth knowledge of project management stages and tasks involved. Handled more than 20+ small and mid size projects and a couple of large scale projects end to end.
Experience on designing statistical models solutions and different types of frameworks
Experience to articulate translate refine and prioritize product / business requirements into structured technical data requirements and conduct feasibility studies
Fair working knowledge of SQL scripting and the know-how to create data warehouses along with its data pipelines and BI dashboards and different actionable insight it provides to solve the business problem
Experience with creation of dashboards and reports providing insight into business data. Aggregate organize and visualize data to communicate effectively using presentation skills
Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and clients. Moreover one should be able to understand and work on the requirements of product analysts data scientists engineers program managers and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving ability and quantitative support along with skills to think outside the box for creative solutions
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Assess business process and system inefficiencies
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Work with multiple BAs across programs to implement cross-program projects and learnings
Certifications Required
- Senior BA: Delivers program insights roadmaps and drives client OKRs. They redesign processes manage projects and mitigate risks. Supports other BAs to meet business goals.
