Requirements
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes.
- Prepare UML diagrams, user stories, and use cases for new product/project ideas.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure that business processes are well-documented and optimized for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Freshers Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with UML diagrams, user stories, and use cases.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Business Analysis certification is a plus.
