Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Documentation: Translate technical and business requirements into clear, comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact between clients and the development team, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design optimal solutions for mobile apps, web apps, and AI integration projects.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to recommend improvements or innovative features.
- Project Oversight: Assist in project planning, prioritization, and delivery to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet requirements and user expectations.
- Post-Deployment Support: Gather feedback from end-users and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT companies specializing in mobile apps, web apps, and AI integration services*.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to convert complex technical requirements into structured, user-friendly documentation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of AI-driven technologies, APIs, and third-party integrations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
