We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Analyst to join our team! This role is a unique opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in various departments, including QA, Customer Satisfaction, and Product Management. You’ll be instrumental in driving process automation and operational efficiency, ensuring every system runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with all departments to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Support product management by helping develop data-driven solutions and strategies.
• Assist in QA by analyzing workflow and ensuring high-quality standards.
• Work with the Customer Support team to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights that guide decision-making across the company.
