Location: Pune/Bangalore/Greater Noida

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with Telecom Industry experience and a minimum of an MBA education to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, operating models, capability blueprints, excellent communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, operating models, capability blueprints, excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define & design business processes aligned to industry best in class templates
- Develop business capability maps and roadmap
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the technology platform(s)
- Design and implement solutions to improve business processes and drive efficiency
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints
- Development of Training materials and training to end users
- Stay current with Industry trends and best practices
- Minimum of an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA Institute
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst(MUST HAVE)
- Strong understanding of CRM Functions (Sales / Service / Marketing / Commerce etc.) for the respective industry
- Nice to have : CRM Technology Experience ( Salesforce / MS Dynamics / SAP CRM / Oracle CRM / Adobe / etc. )
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
