As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and the IT team, helping to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, defining project scope, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Your role will involve understanding complex processes and working closely with various departments to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and ensure successful project delivery. This role demands excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
