Cluster Lead - Facility Management Services
Position Overview: The Cluster Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing facility management services across a group of client sites or properties within a specified geographic area This role requires a strong understanding of facility management principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Management:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the assigned cluster of properties
Set performance targets and KPIs for the cluster
Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and client expectations
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients within the cluster
Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and address concerns
Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling
Operational Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day facility management operations across the cluster
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Implement best practices and standardized processes across sites
Team Leadership:
Manage and develop a team of facility managers and support staff
Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality management systems
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Address and resolve service delivery issues promptly
Vendor Management:
Oversee the selection and management of service providers and suppliers
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Optimize the vendor network for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in facility management,
Strong knowledge of facility management principles, technologies, and industry standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
