About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BTL Admin to support the execution of below-the-line marketing activities, vendor coordination, and administrative operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and hands-on support in ensuring smooth execution of events, campaigns, and on-ground activations.
Key Responsibilities
BTL Marketing Support
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing BTL activities such as events, roadshows, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for campaign implementation.
Ensure availability of marketing materials (banners, standees, flyers, promotional merchandise, etc.) for events.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and maintain reports.
Administration & Coordination
Handle administrative tasks related to BTL campaigns, including approvals, documentation, and expense tracking.
Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support logistics for events, including venue booking, permissions, travel arrangements, and material dispatch.
Manage stock and inventory of BTL collaterals.
Finance & Reporting
Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain expense records.
Assist in budget tracking for BTL campaigns.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, expenses, and ROI.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of BTL activities, event management, and vendor handling.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing support, BTL activities, or administrative roles (preferred).
Experience in event coordination or agency/vendor management is an added advantage.
