We are seeking a Senior Contracts and Claims Manager with 1015 years of experience in contract management, claims handling, and dispute resolution within the infrastructure and construction industry. Based in Jaipur, this full-time on-site role involves managing contracts, handling insurance claims, mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and negotiating with stakeholders to protect the companys commercial and legal interests.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Contracts and Claims Manager with 1015 years of experience in contract management, claims handling, and dispute resolution within the infrastructure and construction industry. Based in Jaipur, this full-time on-site role involves managing contracts, handling insurance claims, mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and negotiating with stakeholders to protect the companys commercial and legal interests.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Lead claims management processes, including preparation, submission, negotiation, and settlement of claims.
- Analyze contract terms and identify potential risks, liabilities, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide legal and commercial advice to project teams on contract interpretation, execution, and dispute avoidance.
- Oversee dispute resolution processes including arbitration, mediation, and litigation support when necessary.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve contractual and claims-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, claims, insurance documents, and correspondences for audit and compliance purposes.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on claims status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvements in contract administration processes and claims handling practices.
- Strong expertise in Contracts Management, Claims Handling, and Dispute Resolution.
- Deep knowledge of construction and infrastructure contracts (e.g., FIDIC, EPC, PPP models).
- Proficiency in insurance claims management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with contract management software and MS Office tools.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
- Sound knowledge of legal and commercial aspects in infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with organizational Bachelors in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E) Mandatory.
- MBA is preffered.
- 1015 years of experience in contracts and claims management within the infrastructure/construction industry.
