Job Purpose
Key Requirements
- Manage Research Farm Activities for identified land parcels
- Work closely with subject matter specialists across the country and ensure varietal development to enhance yields.
- Maintain the R&D trials of various varieties of Hybrid Napier and other Bio Energy crops and timely cultivation practices.
- Validate SOPs on Package of practices and improvise them for optimal yield.
- To ensure supply of Quality seed stems to farmers in the identified geographies
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience, hands-on work experience in doing varietal development
- Experience working on any agricultural farm or crop improvement.
- Thorough knowledge in Field operations, Maintenance of Green Houses, Irrigation Systems.
