Job Summary
Drive digital and consumer marketing for Adult Nutrition brands, through effectively co-creating and executing marketing plans with special focus on leveraging digital medium to build brand equity.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Co-create and execute strong digital marketing programs to drive engagement with the target audience – consumers. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.
- Execute impactful brand communication materials and manage creative, digital and production agencies to deliver the materials in a cost impactful manner.
- Liaise with digital and CRM agencies to create and execute robust consumer journeys to drive new user acquisition and retention by continuously optimising CPL and CPA
- Co-create and execute strong bottom-of-funnel marketing strategies to accelerate conversion & New user acquisition on E-commerce and CRM
- Manage A&P spend budgets and related provisions
- Support and drive sales – work in close partnership with sales/ trade team to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner.
- Follow due diligence in documentation and ensuring OEC SOPs are followed.

- Successful record of digital marketing experience
