Brand & Content Strategist

This role is pivotal to our mission of enhancing brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an agency environment, experience working with enterprise-level companies and brands, and exposure to clients in the USA, Middle East, and UK. Confidence, fluency in communication, and a strategic mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Understand business requirements for projects
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and appeal to target audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs, shaping brand strategy accordingly.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Lead the development of content strategies across digital and offline platforms, aligning with overall brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, videos, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling and relevant content.

Campaign Management

  • Planned and executed integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness.

Brand Messaging & Positioning

  • Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Create messaging frameworks that communicate the company's value proposition and unique differentiators.

Executive Reporting to Management: Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, adjusting strategies to meet business goals.

Required Skill Sets

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Should be able to lead a team of min. ten members. Must be strong with client communication.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, basics of SEO and SEM, and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strategic and creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with experience in the IT industry.
