Our client boasts a strong portfolio of five sub-brands and holds an exclusive licensing agreement to manufacture and distribute certain products in India. Under one company, it serves consumer needs in both men’s and women’s essential clothing categories across the entire value chain—economy, mainstream, and premium segments.

Role Summary:

  • Development and implementation of channel strategies for the assigned states to generate revenue through primary and secondary sales of company's Brand and grow the contribution.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Execute the sales strategy for the area in alignment with the business plan and in consultation with the Branch Head.
  • Increase sales revenue through implementation of appropriate Go To Market strategies
  • Understand and analyze the market trends, potential and competition information to leverage and explore sources of business growth and profitability.

Sales Operations:

  • Drive the team in the area effectively to realize sales targets
  • Ensure overall and efficient administration in the area
  • Ensure execution of customized BTL activities through the team
  • Drive operational efficiencies by closely working with other concerned stakeholders

Distribution Management:

  • Drive Distribution Infrastructure [Appointment, Review, Planning and Management]
  • Consolidate and analyze distributors’ feedback to drive corrective actions
  • Support the team in ensuring product/ range availability to all the retail points of sales & manage stock at the distributor level and address any concerns from the team.

Reporting and process management:

  • Analyze sales reports and drive weekly sales plan
  • Drive data insights led corrective actions in the areas
  • Drive implementation of sales systems and processes in the areas

People management:

  • Coach team members to deliver on their sales performance and looking towards future growth
  • Ensure a well-trained sales team to deliver superior sales performance

Reporting Relationships :

  • Reports To: Branch Head
  • Supervises : Area Sales Managers/ Senior Sales Managers

Requirements:



  • 8-14 years + Experience
  • Experience in Inner wear or Apparel or FMCG Industry
  • Experience handling Upper North (Punjab, Haryana, HP, J&K)
