- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for Micro Business loans and LAP products
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations to promote the bank's products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and disbursement
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve targets
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the regional sales manager on a regular basis
Graduation: Any Graduation.
