As a Branch Sales Manager-Micro Business Loan, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Micro Business Loan portfolio in the assigned branch. You will be a key member of our Retail Banking team and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Micro Business Loans in the assigned branch
- Identify potential customers and build a strong pipeline for Micro Business Loans
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase business growth
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to Micro Business Loans
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of Micro Business Loans and the market for such loans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Additional Parameters
- Fluency in the local language is preferred
- Knowledge of local market and business landscape is a plus
- Experience in managing a team is an added advantage
