Primary Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the entire loan processing cycle for secured Business loan product (LAP), from application to disbursement and post-disbursement activities.
  • Coordinate with sales & credit teams to collect required documentation and information for loan processing.
  • Verify the authenticity and accuracy of documents provided by all the sales & credit team as per the company policy.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all loan documentation and ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues related to loan servicing.
  • Collaborate with the credit risk team to determine loan eligibility and recommend appropriate loan structures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Facilitate timely disbursement of approved loans to borrowers.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate loan disbursement
  • activities.
  • Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up with borrowers on overdue payments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline loan processing workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional/inter departmental projects and initiatives aimed bringing in operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of work experience in handling branch operations for loan against property.
