This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to support the immigration team with audit, entry and billing of invoices while assuring all client required charging information is entered correctly.
Position Responsibilities
- Audits, enters, and bills invoices on behalf of the immigration team.
- Audits invoices for accuracy against policy. Ensures all required billing information has been captured in the system accurately.
- Uploads and sends invoices to internal teams for processing. Bills all related transactions.
- Collaborates with internal departments to ensure accuracy, timely billing, and alignment with client or internal policies and processes.
- Identifies problems, solutions and opportunities for improvement related to the billing process.
- Administers client specific audit processes.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years relevant billing and audit experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Can-do attitude
- Genuine desire to help others
- Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency
