Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and submit detailed progress and cost reports to the project management team.
Review and verify the accuracy of all billing data and invoices.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary project information for billing purposes.
Ensure compliance with contract specifications and company policies.
Monitor project costs and variations to assist in accurate forecasting and project budgeting.
Participate in project meetings to provide insights on project cost control and billing status.
Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and assess the accuracy of billing claims.
Resolve any billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Provide support during audits and maintain accurate documentation for billing records.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing and quantity surveying.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
5-20 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying within the Airports industry.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant certification is preferred.
